I will be running two kids camps this summer, at Joslin’s Martial Arts in Hamilton.
The camps are a great way to introduce kids to martial arts training and no prior experience is necessary. It’s always a great week of fun!

Hey everyone,
Thanks for checking out my blog. I have received many emails from people asking about my fight career, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, mixed martial arts and many other things.
I look to use this blog to keep everyone updated on all of the things I'm up to, how my training/coaching is going and to discuss various topics related to M.M.A and martial arts in general. Feel free to post your thoughts on any issues and let me know if you have any questions regarding training on the ground, up on the feet or a combination of them both.
